Company Update – Chris Ridd, CEO
Continuing our global industry engagement
EventsAir has had a strong few months on the global event circuit, recently attending:
- MEETINGS 2025 in Auckland, NZ – reaffirming our ongoing commitment as technology partner in the New Zealand market.
- IMEX Frankfurt 2025 – where the team reconnected with our European customers and explored trending topics like AI, ESG, and experience-led design.
- ASAE MMC + Tech Conference in Washington DC and MPI World Education Congress in St. Louis – helping support the association space in the U.S. market.
Each event reinforced the shifting priorities of the event planning world – smarter technology, richer attendee experiences, and a growing emphasis on accessibility and sustainability.
Registration for Airtime 2025 is live!
Registration is well underway for AirTime 2025! For the first time, the event will span multiple U.S. cities, mark a return to Europe in Brussels, and expand into Melbourne – a major milestone for our team in Australia.
These events will offer even more opportunities for connection, product feedback, and showcase what’s ahead for EventsAir.
Smart Connectors – Jase Hopkins
The Smart Connectors ecosystem continues to expand, making it easier than ever to connect EventsAir with your broader event tech stack.
Newly released Connectors include:
- Aptify
- HubSpot (Custom Objects)
- Monday.com (CRM only)
- Microsoft Dynamics (Custom Objects)
- FileMaker Pro
We’ve also introduced Attendee Verification, a powerful new capability that allows you to authenticate users and pre-populate their registration details. Available now for Salesforce, Attendee Verification will soon roll out to all major Smart Connector partners, including HubSpot, Dynamics, and Aptify.
This enhancement delivers a smoother registration experience and ensures more accurate, up-to-date data across your systems.

Accessibility Update – Warren Prasek
Accessibility is a critical area of focus for EventsAir, and we’ve made substantial progress uplifting the attendee-facing experience to meet global standards, including the upcoming European Accessibility Act.
Phase one of our accessibility uplift includes:
- Keyboard navigation support, including tab order, focus visibility, and the removal of keyboard traps
- Labeling of non-text content like buttons and controls to enhance screen reader compatibility
- Enhanced screen reader support, driven by semantic HTML and ARIA tags
These improvements roll out in June and target the most frequently used attendee screens. Work will continue through August, with future phases expanding support across interactive sites and other key areas of the platform.
