Accessibility Statement
Commitment to Accessibility
At EventsAir, we are committed to making our platform and services accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of technology or ability. We believe in providing a digital environment that is inclusive, user-friendly, and supportive of equal access for everyone, including individuals with disabilities.
Current Compliance Status
We recognize that achieving full accessibility is an ongoing journey and are actively working to enhance the accessibility of the attendee experience within the EventsAir platform.
As of April 2025, our systems and interfaces are already partially compliant with the European Accessibility Act (EAA) and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. While several features of our platform meet current accessibility standards, we acknowledge that some parts require further improvement to ensure a fully inclusive attendee experience.
Ongoing Roadmap of Improvements
We are actively working on improving the accessibility of our platform in alignment with the above accessibility standards through a structured roadmap, which includes:
- Remediation Plan: Prioritizing remediation efforts to further enhance accessibility across attendee facing areas of our platform, with a focus on functional support for keyboard navigation and screen reader compatibility.
- Development Updates: Enhancement of our design, development and QA processes to ensure continuous improvement.
- Accessibility Audit: Conducting a third-party accessibility audit to provide certification in line with the WCAG 2.1 Level AA guidelines, along with identifying and prioritising any gaps and providing relevant documentation.
- Regular Ongoing Audits: Committing to regular testing of our platform using both automated tools and manual evaluations to proactively identify and resolve accessibility issues.
Timeline
We aim to achieve substantial progress on our accessibility upgrades to our attendee experience features of our platform by July 2025 with a goal to further enhance our accessibility capabilities in line with the documented Transition Period - which extends to June 28, 2030 - and beyond. We are dedicated to making accessibility an ongoing priority to ensure that our platform remains accessible and user-friendly for everyone.
